Add tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and Italian seasoning to a medium bowl.
Stir together and marinate at least 1 hour or overnight.
Place frozen pizza crust on a full-size sheet pan lined with parchment paper, or a lightly greased 16-inch pizza screen.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over top of crust, leaving 1/4 to 1/2-inch of space around the edge.
Top with mozzarella cheese, and the Bruschetta Mixture; bake as directed until golden brown.
